Creating a School That Students Feel Excited to Walk Into
Visibility
Celebration
School Culture
Connection
At Donald Bradach Elementary School in Adelanto, CA, school culture is visible the moment they walk through the doors.
Colorful posters, banners, stickers, pennants, and displays fill the campus with celebrations, school spirit, and visible reminders that students belong there.
Using the ecolor+ poster printer from PSI, staff at Bradach Elementary have transformed everyday spaces into vibrant environments designed to build excitement, connection, and joy throughout the school community.
As the Ivonne Mateos, the Community Resource Coordinator, shared:
“The ecolor+ has become more than a printer for our school; it’s become a tool for creativity, connection, and building culture. It allows us to celebrate students in meaningful and visible ways every day.”

A School Filled With Visible Joy
At Bradach Elementary, the printer supports everything from literacy initiatives and cultural recognitions to assemblies, student celebrations, family engagement events, and schoolwide campaigns.
Each month brings new opportunities to create experiences students can see and feel throughout the building. Students encounter colorful visuals across campus that help create excitement, belonging, and school pride every time they walk through the halls.
The impact goes beyond decoration.
The displays help shape the atmosphere of the school itself, turning hallways, classrooms, and shared spaces into environments that feel welcoming, celebratory, and connected.

Colorful Spaces. Connected Students.
The ecolor+ poster printer has become an important tool for communication and creativity across the campus.
Bradach Elementary uses the printer for:
-
Student recognition programs
-
Classroom materials
-
Assemblies and school events
-
Family engagement nights
-
District partnerships
-
Schoolwide campaigns and celebrations
Since bringing the printer to campus, staff have noticed a more visually engaging environment and a stronger sense of connection throughout the school community.
The ability to quickly create professional, colorful materials in-house allows ideas to come to life in visible and meaningful ways. It also creates moments of excitement that students and staff genuinely remember.
“It’s exciting to watch people light up when they see something created specifically for them and our school community.”
That sense of visibility helps students feel recognized, celebrated, and connected to the spaces around them.

Building Belonging Through Celebration
At the elementary level, school culture is often built through small moments repeated consistently over time.
-
A banner welcoming students into the building.
-
A display celebrating student achievement.
-
A colorful campaign that brings energy to a hallway.
-
A sticker, poster, or sign created specifically for a school event.
At Bradach Elementary, those moments help create an environment where students feel excited to come to school and proud to be part of the community around them.
The team is already looking ahead to new ways students can contribute directly using the printer through future design contests focused on spirit wear, outreach campaigns, and student-created materials. Because when students see creativity, celebration, and belonging reflected throughout their school, the environment itself becomes part of what helps them feel connected.
And at Bradach Elementary, that visible joy, creativity, and connection have become part of what the staff lovingly call “Bradach magic.”
