At Presentation Systems, Inc., we believe that creativity has the power to transform spaces, build pride, and connect communities - and every print tells a story. Whether it’s a hallway mural that makes students feel at home or a poster that celebrates a student's achievements, the work our customers create every day reminds us why we do what we do.

This March, we invited our amazing community to share their creativity through the March 2025 eColor+ Photo Contest. We asked you to show us how you’re using your eColor+ Poster Printers to bring spaces to life—and wow, did you deliver! From clever hallway transformations to student-centered displays, your projects were packed with heart, imagination, and school spirit.

At PSI, we’re not just here to provide printing solutions. We’re here to celebrate the people who use them to make a difference in their schools, libraries, and organizations. Your submissions didn’t just inspire us - they reminded us that every poster, every sign, and every project can help build stronger, more vibrant communities.

How eColor+ Printers Help Schools and Organizations Shine

Looking through all the incredible submissions, it’s clear: the right tools don’t just help you create beautiful prints—they help you build community, culture, and pride.

Here are just a few ways schools and organizations are using their eColor+ Poster Printers to make a lasting impact:

🖼️ 1. Refresh Old and Tired Spaces

Sometimes a space just needs a little creativity to feel brand new again. That’s exactly what one of our contest participants, Jeff, accomplished using his eColor+ Poster Printer.

Jeff printed a realistic brick wall design on Charlie paper—almost an entire roll!—to cover severe wall imperfections in the area where student artwork is displayed. The transformation was so convincing that even the principal and staff thought it was an original brick wall.

As Jeff shared: "Everyone LOVES the brick wall 'look' and they can't believe it isn't real!"

Creative projects like Jeff’s are a great reminder that you don’t need a full renovation to transform a space—you just need the right tools and a little imagination.

Across the submissions we received, we also saw incredible examples of murals, colorful hallway decorations, and inspiring displays that turned blank walls into vibrant, welcoming environments. Whether it’s creating a themed reading corner, showcasing student art, or bringing a school’s mission statement to life, printed visuals are making schools more inviting and inspiring places for students and staff every day.

🎉 2. Celebrate and Motivate Students

Recognition goes a long way in helping students feel seen, valued, and motivated. One creative example comes from Pomperaug Elementary School’s library (our 4th place winner!), where they use their eColor+ Poster Printer to feature a "Kid Librarian of the Week."

A student is highlighted with a personalized poster that has an “about me” section along with three book recommendations they want to share with the school community. It’s a simple but powerful way to celebrate student voice, build leadership skills, and spark a love of reading across the school.

Programs like these show how printed materials can do more than decorate—they can help students take pride in their contributions and inspire their peers in the process.

🏫 3. Support Branding and Strengthen School Culture

A strong, visible identity helps every member of the school community feel connected. From branded banners to mission statements and core value displays, schools are using their eColor+ printers to showcase what makes their communities special—and to keep that spirit front and center for students, families, and visitors.
